I may be behind the news, but judging by whats happening everywhere and the news that Balloon Festival '21 is cancelled, Keywest races Nov '20 are cancelled.....any word on the rescheduled October Desert Storm 2020?

My gut feeling says its getting whacked if it hasn't already.

Yeah, I wouldn't doubt it. But there's a rumor flying around about a Catalina overnighter weekend with a bunch of boats the weekend after.

With the Monsoon event 2 weekends before that is getting more hits, starting to wonder the same.

I think Brett wants to take the big boat over too. We'll see. Supposed to be a group of guys coming down from the bay area and a bunch of so cal poeple. I'm thinking of going over on friday and back on sunday. Do a lunch run to two harbors Sat.

Yeah, that might be tough. The event/participants could happen. Street fair may be a tough one in 60days.

that is the best part IMO. No street fair, no need to attend.
i stopped doing the poker run since the cost of my group was getting huge and the benefits were going down each year. Enjoyed Monster Bash so much more then Desert Storm as a participant

stagecoach and Coachella have already been cancelled for 2020.
they are hoping 2021, but running into permit and artist contract issues

I can see the poker run not being an issue, it's all the "gatherings" which go with it that could hang it up.
