Are those boost reference carbs?

Yes and no. They have 8.5 power valves which boost reference them for 4-5 psi of boost. Replacing the power valve to your application can make them work on any boosted or NA combo. Nothing drilled with vacuum reference lines. This is how Bob Teague sets carbs up.

I can include 6.5 power valves for a NA common setup as well.
