I brought a few Tri Tips from COSTCO.
Essential ya slice Tri tip against the grain.

Then ya soak the meat for an hour, dump the water out, refill and soak for 15 minutes, then dump the water out and either smoke, flat top grill or broil the meat to med rare.
Then into the crock pot.

I used 2 cans of Campbell’s beef broth, heat add a tablespoon of spike and a pkg or two of au jus seasoning and pepper. If ya put a shot of red wine in its important that ya have to then bring it to a boil
Then into the crock pot over the meat.

Crockpot cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.

Best tasting grinder/bolero buns are fresh baked from the Kroger grocery store bakeries.
Out here that’s Ralph’s.
Vons sux.

The flavor and texture of the bun is more important than the meat.
Everyone in camp came over and made themselves a sandwich.

what camera was that filmed with?
Had some issues with the Hero 5 but a update corrected that. Finally. Took 6 months.

Also You Tube put their video editing program back up with some minor changes.
It’s a beta version with a few flaws but damn it’s easy to use.
I haven’t edited this because we only have a half bar Verizon, barely any service.

You upload your videos to You Tube and place them on private. Both iPhone and Go Pro. Then you can mix them together in the You Tube editor. Then click on public and you can post it.
Simple results but really simple, straight forward to use.

The Go Pro 7 is a crap shoot. Nice when they work, excellent sound and image stabilizer but can be full of bugs. It’s $400 to find that out.
Some say it worked ok right out of the box, some say otherwise.

I’m trying to figure out how to pay the royalties so I can use copyrighted music and avoid copyright strikes.
