Found a 250 Eagle on marketplace that had a tree fall on it. On the surface it looks fixable, but would it be cost prohibitive versus finding one that is turn key? I imagine it would be every bit of 20k or more to fix.

I am pretty sure the damage extends further than what you can see in the pictures. You would have to grind out a TON of glass to get to the ends of the damaged glass. And you really won't know how bad it is until after the dust settles. It could be pretty damn expensive, especially to have a talented crew do the work. I don't know what they're asking for this boat, so it all depends. You could make out "Even" or find yourself burning through money more quickly than you'd like.

The guy is currently asking 11k for it and I believe the trailer comes with it. I’m sure it could pencil out for someone that would be comfortable to do the glass work themselves but I definitely think it would be a wiser decision to find one that is turnkey although closed bow eagles are hard to find.

Any damage below the rub rail?

Might be easier/cheaper to cut off the back half of the deck at the rail and graft on a new section.
The 25 is one of the only Eagle molds the big E retained.

From what the seller has told me and what I’ve seen in the pictures and video, it’s all above the rub rail.
