No it's a tandem garage. Front part is like a normal 2 car garage but the one side goes back 49 feet total. Don't know the exact width off the top of my head but I want to say it's like 9 or 9.5 feet. That is an Ultra 24 Stealth with a 100 inch beam.

There are certainly less expensive homes out there but from what I can see they are at least 20 years older and don't usually have a garage to fit the boat. This place has a curb so you aren't sweeping up rocks every weekend and it backs to a wash so you aren't right up on neighbors. The kids love exploring back there.

Go see it and make an offer. Owner motivated to sell but needs enough to payoff mortgage.

Look to the right of the boat. That's a dolly used to push it all the way back. Not hard to do. Would be super simple with a powercaster. Truth be told unless parking cars in there etc it's is easier just to back in until the tongue clears so the door closed. Particularly when just for the night because of boating the next day.

Sure a full size RV garage bigger than the house is nicer. If you have an extra 100 grand that is.

Yes. True 24 feet as its billet swim steps and not molded. Also I'm thinking wider. Under 25-26 feet most boats I think are like a 96 inch beam. This is a 100 inch beam.

Just looked it up. 7 feet which is only 84 inches. So yeah your boat would slide back in like butter if mine at 100 inches does.
