HAHA defund the police..."hey hey that guy shot those people!" running down the street like a little bitch.
Those idiots are lucky he did not take everyone around him down, half of them were within easy range.
Who tries to run down an armed citizen?
I repeat myself, these random camera people filming are continuing the problem. SHOOT THEM FIRST after primary targets.
This shit is making me....anxious and sad that it is coming to this.
This needs to end now by any means necessary!
I worry about my son and grandkids.....
You fucking far leftist pieces of shit are trying your best to destroy this country.
Why can't you see your grandkids? At least you are able to see your grand kids. I am hoping that day will come

Damn, so the first guy throws a fucking molotov at him. (Hadn't seen that one yet)
Second and third chase him down as he is trying to retreat, club him with a skateboard.
3 clean shoots.

There is new footage suggesting that either the Molotov guy shot a gun at Kyle or the guy right behind red shirt shot at him. Prompting him to turn around and return fire.Damn, so the first guy throws a fucking molotov at him. (Hadn't seen that one yet)

I’m not seeing the justification on the first shooting (guy with the headshot wound) imo that shouldn’t have happened. Because it did the mob chased him down and he shot two more (one killed) those could be justified to an extent however. Being 17 and having a rifle brings a lot into question. Also wasn’t this a Tuesday night. Doesn’t he have school.
Exactly!!!!You got a guy who is illegally open carrying a rifle, in a city/state he does not live in, who owns no property there and is apparently looking to engage with the other side.
That's a tough self defense claim given you are missing the first element of self defense which is you neither started nor intentionally put yourself in a position to fight.

Wrong.
Nope. Only thing missing is the personal invite from BB30Would you expect anything else at this point....
No surprise he is trying to work for the prosecutionWould you expect anything else at this point....
Wrong as usual
It was 19 miles, and he was guarding THE PLACE HE WORKED.
Rioters attacked him ON THAT PROPERTY, He then fled after shooting the first one that threw a molotov, He was not looking to engage.
That would be like living in the California side of Parker, and driving to your work in Havasu to protect it from rioters
Had not read this. That might give a better hand but where he is going to most likely be tried is against him.Wrong as usual

Well then if you are correct in your argument that he broke no laws, he will be released today and not charged.
Let's see what happens.

His arrest card lists his occupation as a lifeguard at a YMCA in Wisconsin yet he was guarding a gas station in Illinois?
Obviously Racey believes he has some facts not yet widely reported that lays the foundation that he was guarding his place of work, versus looking for a fight.
In either event, his arrest card lists him as 17, a clear violation of the open carry laws in Illinois and makes his possession of the firearm illegal. Also making his defense of that property with a firearm in that manner, whether it be his place of work or not, an illegal act.

He is a minor then...a little time in juvenile hall, some community service (Although I think he has already done his community a service) and get his record expunged. Good to go.
Antifa and BLM should be careful what they ask for, they might get it.
Wisconsin is one of 13 states that charge 17 year olds as adults in their criminal justice systems.

So does it come down to who was looking for a fight first? were the protesters also there looking for a fight?

Exactly!!!!
I think the real question that needs to be answered here is: Does anyone know where he bought his ammo? .223/5.56 is pretty hard to find these days.
Ohhhhhhhh, 17 charged as an adult.........................17 against the law to open carry.
honk honk!!!
