I've been told those are some of the better performing basic manifolds before you start to get into the high dollar aftermarket ones. I dont think I could give you a HP figure where they start becoming a restriction.
I can tell you that using the nicson with the larger tips to TT headers netted 7mph on a solid roller , 9:1 ,496. Assuming jet - 20hp per MPH increase, the upgrade was worth 140HP to the same motor.
If a mild 468, you can run the ones in the pic. If more that that, you'll be better with better exhaust.
