Ya, it's a great looking one. River's got a hell of a boat!

Thank you. Had Dave remodel the interior a year or two back. Its a great Parker boat imo.

Ur Welcome! I tell ya, I've been following DCB for years now, and over the past 3 or 4 years, Dave's superior craftsmanship is amazing.. the gelcoat, the wiring, the interiors and everything on the F26,29,32, and M31/35 is top notch.. Its the best i've seen... The detail is amazing... Dave and Tony are super cool guys too!

How long has carbon kevlar been an option and how much weight does it save, and are there any negatives to carbon kevlar?

3-4 years now at least. I think vacuum bagging started in 07. That plus the carbon Kevlar option saved close to 1000 pounds, from what I was told.

If you look under the gelcoat section froggy did an incredible write up on fiberglass. He explains carbon fiber and the pros and cons. The thread is called fiberglass 101

My boat has carbon fiber, it is not vacuum bagged though.

You are right Froggys technical explanation is very good,on a different subject there was a thread that I can't find of a upholstery guy that worked at DCB and I think that he was laid off does anyone know that thread or the shop that he opened?

Yeah I checked it out, can't get too excited without selling mine first. I'll give it till 2/1, if it does not sell it's getting a new interior and I'll get it ready for desert storm. My wife says I'm nuts to go to a slower and smaller boat, just twin whackers is on my bucket list I guess

Ya, that used F26 is nice, not sure about the colors?, but still a DCB...
She might have a point, at least for DS, would be nice to have the larger, deeper tunnell of the F29 on that weekend...

The 29 is the perfect Havasu boat, the 26 is the Parker boat. I love my 26 deck boat (great family boat) but when the kids are out of high school it is either the F/M29 or the Nordic 28SS.

I agree, last year we ran all the way to the springs card stop at 90-110 and it was a mess. On the way back I got too much air and lost a prop blade, ahhh memories, good times. Crawling back to the marina at 5 mph on one engine while every other boat in the free world went flying by.

Lol, good times.! Ya that F26 would handle the chop ok, but that F29 is a much, much nicer ride, for sure.. :D I think you'll miss the F29,, in fact when I saw it for sale, I assumed you were stepping up to an F32, but your going the opposite way.. LOL...;) I guess your ready for those wackers...

Great boat, big power 1200s? geez... Why's he selling it?

His wife won't ride in it, lol. They haven't used it in well over a year. It might have been 2 Desert Storms since he's had it out.

It's been a tough pill for him to swallow. I know what he has into it, he's selling for less than half.........

It came with quad rotor Teague 1100's, he paid all the money to have Teague put 5 liter Whipples on it and make them 1200's also.

Ya, its really too bad.... Its not easy living with someone who doesn't like boats... Its really a shame, cuz that F32 is such a stable, awesome lake boat... I love the wild colors too... ya, he's losing alot of $$ on that thing...
