I forgot about this one. Pismo Beach. And so easy to tow. Wish I still had it.

Not mine but pretty close, just add in some Keystone Classic wheels with L-60 15s in back and G-60 15s in front and the look will be the same.
It had a 351 Cleveland engine that was mildly modified and was a great daily driver. I had a lot of cars that were more rare or more performance oriented but this one always tugs at my heart strings for some reason.

My Dad had a 68 Cougar with a 302. At 6'6" I never felt like the seatbacks came up high enough to feel comfortable. Never felt fast as I was heavily into hipo Mopars as soon as I earned my license.

I had one of these with a factory six cylinder in it. 914-6

This was a completely different beast. 3x the HP, and 500lb less. The -6 are fun, and stupid $$$ now.

Was thinking tonight this thread is a great conversation starter, but for the gear heads a thread could be started for engine bling.
The IROC I posted a video of had a couple iterations of propulsion based on a ZZ4 short block, these pics are of the last rodeo I had with her. It ran hard with the previous TF twisted wedge heads, and even harder with the AFR's and huge roller, until it didn't! ordered a pressed iron dizzy gear, didn't get it and the MSD Pro Billet distributor billet steel gear and camshaft Dizzy gear ate each other, then real life shit happened.

Again, if you think you know GM history, name the intake manifold on this oddball emissions legal SBC. It was a factory option for 1 year and was a GMPP option from the dealer, as well as the SS shorty headers, CB, ZF 6 speed transmission bell housing and dana 44 rear diff with Brembo brakes from approved supplier in the early 90's.

SLP T-Ram intake. I’ve seen one before but had to go to google to remember the name.

You nailed it. Probably less than 250 made and the story behind them and SLP / Ed Hamburgers involvement in SLP and hot rodding late 80's early 90's emissions legal GM production F bodies is an untold story. The intake was designed by Ryan Falconer for SLP, then a " fire" destroyed everything involved with the original Fire Hawk 3rd gen cars. The 91 Formula Fire Hawks were the 1st modern US muscle / supercars and later 4th gen SLP cars didn't hold a candle to the factory authorized customization of the 3rd gen cars SLP produced. COPO cars dont compare to what Ed Hamburger and SLP did to those 26 factory optioned 91 Fire Hawks.
