Feeling 4th July Brisket

Thinking I am going to smoke up a Brisket for the 4th…
Maybe BBQ beans/hotlinks dish I make, moink balls…. And old school everything salad…

What are you guys planning?

I’m going to grab some racks of ribs to smoke, also doing a pasta salad, street corn, and prob a green salad of some kind.

I think I might do some smoked bacon wrapped jalapeños or maybe a smoked queso / chorizo dip
