Hello to all the gurus out there. First of all I want to apologize for my ignorance. Here is the issue.
I had my boat in storage and someone clipped it on the side and took off a side scoop from my 2004 Harris Kayot V220. I looked all over for the missing piece but I wasn’t able to find it.
I took the boat to a guy in Havasu City for a quote for my insurance claim and he said that it would be nearly impossible to make a replacement one.
I have scoured the internet trying to find a replacement part or a boat junkyard to find the part but I haven’t found anything. I am adding some photos of the missing one and the matching one on the other side to put this in context.
Is there anything that I can do. I am willing to switch out both sides if something would work. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
