LOL, I underestimated the level of misunderstanding of the Landing. You have only scratched the surface of the downside... No one inside the Resort owns any real property.

That's no shit.... There latest antics have pushed me over the edge... There is a very High probability that my whole showcase will be on the market .

I'm actually looking at 4 different properties in Havasu city tomorrow..

Outside the landing is deeded land..Inside the landing is leased. But they control all the launch ramps and water access.

We had a place on the River (mobile home river front) on BLM land. Got really tired of all the BS and sold out. We bought a place in Havasu and never looked back.

They had body beach area closed off when I went by earlier on both sides.
