Genuine WW2 1911a1 Remington Rand ‘44

Everything is proper and correct here. FJA inspection. HS/P barrel. 90%ish + original finish. Locks up tight, no raddles. Comes with 1 non USGI magazine.

Really nice piece.

$1600

1918 Colt M1911

Rearsenaled after WWI with earlier colt slide. Barrel is not correct (most likely rearsenaled with slide change). Slide has been on the frame since rearsenal as shown by consistent wear patterns.

$1300

Thank you for looking. Price includes insured standard shipping and paypal fees I will be listing this on another site as well

Pretty sure '44 means 1944 (unless of course you decoded his serial number and found it was produced in 1945!)

Sweet pieces. I would think the 1918 1911 would be worth more. Maybe not because of condition and not original barrel?

I have an all original 1912 model 1911.
