Fort Mohave (Marina Coves) to Topock and Pirates? Tips, pics, maps?

Heading to Marina Coves in Fort Mohave for the weekend. Anyone do the ride to Topock and Pirates from the area?
For Pirates figured we’d drop on the other side of the river. For Topock I’d assume it’s a fairly easy route.

I do it all the time. You can chance getting a ticket and ride across the bridge towards jack smith park or drive over, make a right on the dirt road right before JSP. Park anywhere off the dirt road and head south. Pretty much can’t get lost. Let the railroad tracks be your guide.

Full day of riding. From Marina Coves (Fort Mohave) to Willow Valley to Oatman and back.

Opposite side of the river from Needles. Nice gated community surrounded by a water ways. Neighbors have a place here. If there was more to do at night it would be even better

Been to the area countless times and never knew a fraction of what we saw existed. Great weekend. Can’t wait to get back and explore some more

Really should have picked up a SXS along time ago. What an absolute blast. Here’s what i learned in my 3rd day in one:
- I’m a really good driver. Probably gonna start a race team. Won’t quit my job right away.. I’ll need a sponsor and a crew because i don’t have the money or abilities to fix shit.
- OK, I’m not that good but these things chew up whatever you throw at them.
- Being short makes heading down steep hills a Sob.
- Running 2nd sucks. Ate a ton of dust. Better than first when you have no idea what’s on the other side. I have dirt in new places.
- 5 gal of gas a day is WAY cheaper than boating.
- Radio and nav are a must. Lots of quiet time in reverse.
