Saturday, August 17th we’re doing a Southern California delivery. This is a great opportunity to stock up before the Fall orders overwhelm us!
We’ll schedule pickups from 8am to 11am.

Late Spring/early summer there were signs of possible huge price increases on beef ¼’s, some were forecasting up to $1800 per whole ¼. Thankfully, we’ve been able to hold pricing down, although we have seen some increases. (Whole ¼ simply means we don’t pull out any premium cuts for individual sales while still referring to what's left as a “1/4” or “Ranchers choice ¼”, you’ll get all the great cuts with us)
You’ll average between 125lbs and 135lbs of individually cut, wrapped, and labeled cuts on our ¼’s so be sure to have 7 cubic feet of freezer space available to organize and store.
$1550 +$75 delivery ¼ beef, grain finished, steak heavy cut.
$3100+$150 delivery ½ beef, grain finished, custom cut (we walk you through the process for the best experience for your family) or you can go with Amy’s fantastic standard cut. Custom cut orders need to be in this week by Thursday August 1st.
***I have one grass fed/grass finished 1/4 available for $1425+$75 delivery. Nice white fat with great flavor but leaner than our grain finished option. These are smaller portions with finish packages only needing 5.5-6 cu feet of freezer space.
$575 +$25 delivery 40(ish)lb beef sample box. This is a nice mix of premium steaks like ribeye, New York, tenderloin, and sirloin along with a roast, short ribs, and ground beef. Each box is different, but we work hard on all of them to make it a great experience as you get to know your farmer! We are only able to do a handful of these each trip so first come, first served.
$24.00 per 2lb roll of Amy’s famous ground beef. THIS IS NO ORDINARY GROUND BEEF!
It’s raised with love, care, and respect and without pharmaceuticals just like the beef we raise for beef ¼’s, followed by dry aging for three weeks. We then have our butcher grind all cuts of an entire steer together. Ribeye, tenderloin, sirloin, chuck- it’s all in there…… The finished product has about 85/15 fat content but cooks and tastes like 80/20 on tenderness and flavor due to the dry aging process with the bonus of very little shrinking! You’re getting meat you pay for instead of water!
$13.00 per 1lb package of bacon. Thinly sliced, restaurant style, each package is between 11 and 13 slices.
