I have a 2019 f250 4x4 leveled on 35" toyo RT's. I am curious if upgrading to fox or king shocks will be a noticeable difference in ride quality on the street. Is the cost to upgrade worth the results. Anybody have any experience with this?

Depends how you leveled the truck?

If you used a cheap coil spacer don’t bother spending money on nice shocks. They won’t improve ride quality.

If you replaced the springs (Carli) then my vote is KING.

FOX !
King makes cheap shocks and expensive shocks. Fox make one good one. FYI, good luck on ordering shocks. Seams that every one is back ordered.

I just did the same debate and ended up with foxes. Check out poly performance. Ordered and had them in 4 days

I had Fox on my 12 and Kings on my current 17 and have no idea. You would have to drive them back to back with no other variables.

As long as they’re valved right, you really can’t go wrong with either.

The bigger decision would be 2.0 or 2.5...I’d go 2.5. Better ride, better performance [emoji106]

Go with 2.5 Foxes. 2.0’s are trash and my research shows that about 50% of them blow. I put 2.0’s on my 17 and the front blew out within 6 months. I rarely drive and don’t off road. That’s just normal freeway and trips to Havasu.

I have Bilsteins on my F350. It was a HUGE improvement to the ride.

I called them directly for the correct part number to order. My truck is lifted. The stock part numbers won't work...

They had me take a bunch of measurements to make sure I got the right shock. Was well worth my time.

👍
