Quite literally it hasn't stopped raining in over 24 hours. It's the most volume of water I've seen collected in my very well drained backyard since the "Miracle March" rains in the 90s.

You should see the bathroom walls in my split-level garage if you want to see a lot of water - The bathroom is in the back of the garage and sits below grade. I'm not even going to try to deal with it now. I'm just going to wait until it drys out and tackle it then.

I have yet to see a single one of your posted videos, all I ever get is buffered audio.

I had a yard once that had pumps but they sat in a well with a float to turn on auto.

No idea. It's the same as when it all started. There's a few others it happens like yours to me. I probably see 9 of 10 videos posted by the inmates.

I remember you having issues a few years back.
I have two big 4" drains and four 3"ers in my backyard. Worst part for me is I'm at the bottom of the hill so my yard will stay saturated for a month or more.

We have a creek (usually dry) that runs through our property. You could literally take some kayaks down it right now, but you would be risking your life.

have had issues more then once :(
last issue was yard guy kicked rain gutter extension off and house flooded when we were in Hawaii
just too much for the drains we installed to keep up - 2.5โ€ since 11pm last night at my house
had to install the pumps as backup and get the water moving

Highway 78 at El Camino Real.
That hasn't happened in a long, long time. Used to happen between El Cam and Jefferson pretty regularly so the frwy was built up a good 20'. Pretty obvious the lagoon outflow to the ocean is not keeping up with the creek inflow.

Coast Highway in Oceanside looking South to Carlsbad.
Lived in Carlsbad my whole life never seen this!
The result of what I said above. I'd say it's been since the 90s that it's flooded.
Not sure where the ocean tide was but it certainly would affect outflow.

Other pic is dock side bar. Old quails inn.

Encinitas took a beating as well

Unfortunately box canyon is pretty well fenced off now.
The waterfall would have been amazing to see
This river in that narrow canyon must have been once in a lifetime to see
