• We took a $90,000 custom Sport Chassis and sent it to Tulsa Truck Manufacturing and had it converted to a 4 wheel drive – cost $40,562.96 (see attached invoice)

The Conversion includes:

Swapping out the AF-8 8,000 lb. front axle with a 14,000 lb. Meritor FSD

Adding the MVG 750R 2 speed transfer case that is air shift rated for 350HP and 7400 Ft. Lb. Torque

Air Brakes with ABS

10 Hole Wheel Ends

Gearing ratio 5.13

Installing the subframe rear axle

Front Air Spring Assist system

Addition of Spring Leaf Parabolic to each side

New adjustable drag link

Convert chassis w/pickup bed mounted

4 Brand New Wheels and Tires

After evaluating several companies we chose Tulsa Truck MFG., even though they were the most expensive Conversion provider in the County, their quality and overkill approach to every aspect of the conversion and componentry made the decision easy….
