Mechanical or electric? If electric Holley will be the best price but will be loud, aeromotive is expensive but not as loud.

Your minimum doesn't count for any inefficiencies. You'll want a lot more than that. I tend to go a little overkill and then just adjust it to my needs. I run a MagnaFuel Quickstar 300 in a 650 crank HP, NA small block and it made the difference between 118mph through the lights and 126mph through the lights. You don't want to starve it, especially with a blower. I'd get a pump rated for at least 750HP, maybe more.

just my .02

Proper fuel systems are a bit of a science. Most of my experience comes from desert racing. I personally like to plumb two of them, each with their own pre and post filters. A Y from the pickup to the two systems and a check valve after each with another Y back to the line feeding the motor. If one fails you switch to the other. Pumps aren’t that expensive and losing one sucks. Also remember that pumps are meant to push, not pull. The boiling point of fuel is much lower under vacuum than it is under pressure.
