I always said I would be that guy posting a boat ad on CL. After we got married, the boat, Sea Doo, dune buggy and track car were sold. It wasn't her, priorities and needs just changed after marriage. She was all for it when we went back to a toy-centric lifestyle.

My wife and I were one of the only couples in our big group of friends that continued boating and offroading after children.......in fact, many lost touch with one another once they started families. I told my wife when we had our first (werent married at the time), I will not sell tge boat unless its a last resort. It costs just about nothing to store if we cant afford to use it and it was already well paid off. Now living at the lake, i couldnt imagine NOT having a boat.
