Garage prices in LHC

Hi! Trying to budget for a detached garage around 30x40 w/ 12ft door. Would be ok with unfinished as we are handy with some stuff Would need some minor grading. Any guestimates? TIA!

Most rv garages run around $50k, if you can do a 14’ door, mich better for resale.

That is what I love about our garage. Steve dug down to fit the 14 foot door. Actually kind of cool to walk down from the house to the garage.

14' door is pretty important to assure motorhomes and trailer with roof accessories will fit.
