I dont get it...I paid like a little over 4 the other day in Corona. I get near work in Whittier and see like 2 dollars more. Go up a mile more and it's a buck less. I still think their are some gougers out there that need to get punched in the throat. Fuck those tools. 😡

It’s been under $3 for a week or two, just popped over $3 the last few days.

These low prices will last until the strategic petroleum reserve runs dry…

And Joe is draining the strategic petroleum reserves to artificially lower prices for elections.
He has drained about 1/2 of the barrels that was in inventory before taking office. The reserve is not for consumers, it’s for emergencies like defending our country!
BTW he is also selling it to China.

I filled up on my way to the airport on 09.13 = 87 wa 4.99.
Drove by that same station last night, price for 87 was 5.39 :(

that change made me Google, and reports are saying over 80% of CA refineries are down due to issues and expect an additional .25 increase :(

Just "REMEMBER" in November even if gas your paying is $4.50 a gallon, your still paying $2 more than you did 2 years ago. AAND...if the democrapholes....errr....LIBTARDS win and keep the house and Senate, it's a guarantee that they will close down the strategic petroleum reserves they are using right now. Which equals much higher gas prices again. These A-HOLES do and say (LIE) to get their way and to stay in control. So they "CAN (CONTROL) YOU, ME, US"

It's weird, I saw this post so ran out to fill up my diesel truck. Prices for diesel were down .10 at the same station then it was last week. I guess diesel wasn't affected. The same station was about .50 higher for gas.

"Winter Blend" season.?¿
.
Drove SoCal to Havasu yesterday. Over $5 almost everywhere along my route except my secret spot, they were about 25c under 5. Cross into Az in Parker and instantly ~$4 and under.
Literally being robbed in Ca.

Agree, and people always want to blame the greedy evil oil companies for price gouging - but then why can I cross an imaginary line in the Desert and get gas for about $1.00 cheaper? Why are the oil companies only gouging west of the line but not east of the line? Hmmm, I dunno, maybe it has something to do with different state regulations...? Go figure...

Prices will be at $3 by the Presidential Election. Mark my words.

In case people didn’t know, gas stations closer to the freeway are always more expensive.

I have been thanking the gods that I bought a flexfuel Escalade back in February of '20. The fills ups are literally half of what it would cost to fill up with 91. And since it gets such crap mileage anyways, there isn't that much range reduction from our normal driving. I'm not too sure how the freeway range would do though.

I don't think the SPR sales have any effect on gas prices. That oil isn't going to US refineries.

It was a brilliant move to give away that oil. It was purchased in recent years at an average price below $50. When Brandon has to replace it, it'll be with $100+ oil.

Yep it will be almost empty by the time he finishes draining it in mid-November right after the Midterm Elections are over.

Gas prices in SoCal will be $8 bucks by summer 2023.
