Odd! I guess they just don't like answering the phone. I have called them many of times, ordered parts, no problems.

They hate the phone because they are always on it. I would just keep calling throughout the day

Little info that I never knew about Glenwood. Bob did not own Glendwood. A husband and wife out of washingtin or Oregon own glenwood

I haven't called Glenwood in 20 years....and they didn't like to answer the phone back then either!!!! I also decided to just drive by...banged on the door...no one answered. Walked around back and finally found someone and then bought what I needed. Sounds like they haven't changed! LOL
