Hopefully back to their 5 time champ winning ways. It's been a while.

9ers were embarrassing in the last 10min of play time, they are an embarrassment anyway.

41-17 to 41-33 in less then two minutes with Detroit having a chance to tie it at the end was pathetic.

Lions finally got a fix on the 9’r defense and banked it.
Jimmy G IS that good. Sports talk-a-thon critics will never admit it.

The Browns game is entertaining. A good one.
Going to be a long season for Rogers & the Pac.

Gonna be really long for the Packers unless they get their O-line straightened up, 2 rookies on O-line is a recipe for disaster. Even though he has done good today so far, Dropante Adams drops more passes than he catches, Aaron has always needed a better receiver.

My entire life we spent sundays watching the 49ers. My dad was a die hard fan.
My das is no longer with us but I can still watch the 49ers. 🤷🏻‍♂️
👍🏻 To each their own. I refuse to watch thugs make millions yet complain about how they’re treated.

… I think I saw the 49ers play somebody or other at Kezar stadium when I was 10 years old… I’m pretty sure it was 1955… At least I’m pretty sure it was the 49ers… and my mind is telling me that they were playing the Rams?!?

Elsewhere in the league:

Last play of the game, Browns yards away from a game winning TD and Bakersfield tosses a day glow orange painted meatloaf with a slow descending parachute perfectly into the hands of the defender.

Rogers issues with Packers management started a few seasons ago when they blindsided him & fired his QB coach.

Been going downhill since and they finally defaulted back to the post-Bart Star Packers once again.

Then why even comment? If the table next to you at dinner orders their steak well done do you go over and tell them that you refuse to watch someone ruin a piece of meat like that?

You don't like football anymore? Cool you're a much better person than the rest of us

To be honest, a very tiny percentage of these guys are “thugs”. Today’s football player would have to devote their entire life to training to make the NFL. Sure a bad Apple slips in once in a while. For the most part though, the teams aren’t going to invest millions of dollars into a player unless they are squared away.

why are you commenting on my comment then if it’s not socially acceptable to comment on someone’s views?

Because it's getting old to have every single NFL thread get derailed by the same old arguments about not watching the NFL. We get it, yall have beat that horse to death and I actually don't disagree with you that the social justice shit of the NFL is dumb. I am still going to watch it and enjoy and would like to banter with fellow NFL fans about the game without the thread getting derailed.

It's almost to the point where we should start a dedicated "I hate the NFL" thread so yall can circle jerk together about how much you don't watch it so the rest of us can discuss it in peace.

I don't disagree with you that the kneeling SJW's are misguided and misinformed. But can we please try to have a thread about the NFL that doesn't get derailed with annoying shit like this (yes I'm equally guilty of continuing this convo)? Everyone has made their point, and made it again, and again, and again, and again.

I was a Yuge 49er fan. Until kappernut, the NFL, and Media turned it into a complete joke.

Why support antifa, BLM, and social justice? Asking for a friend?

The Rams stadium is spectacular.

I really wanna go tour that stadium. It's beautiful.

My friend supplied all the translucent panels for roof, and he hasn't been there either!

SoFi is hosting the super bowl this year. Just for fun I looked up the ticket prices...

Regular seats start at around 7k ea.

The best packages were around 14k each

Want the full on package? Call for details.

Crazy money.

Who says I am supporting it? An even better question, what does it matter to you that I decide to watch football on Sunday and want to BS about the game with fellow fans?

It doesn't. Feel free to support the NFL and all it's superlative social eroding special interests!

You do realize by watching the NFL you are supporting these groups?

Cool so now that we've agreed it doesn't matter to you, can those of us who do like the NFL discuss it in peace for the rest of the season?

The Arrest-O-Meter on NFLARREST.com shows the players are on a streak. 21 days since an arrest when their rolling average is 7 days. Very few of these players love our country as much as Pat Tillman did when he actually fought and died for us in lieu of kneeling for social justice.

The very top line of NFLArrest.com: "Keep in mind there are 1700 NFL Players and their arrest rates are lower than the USA arrest rate. "

Pat Tillman was a fierce patriot and a fierce classical liberal, he probably wouldn't have knelt himself, but he absolutely would have defended those who did. The right has continued to try to cram Pat into this stereotypical republican patriotic soldier, Pat did not fit in that box.

Tillman was a special person. You’re probably an ASU fan now also? Both of my kids graduated from there. He was great at ASU and with the Cards.

The Cards somehow seem to attract really good people. Even if they aren’t the best team in the league. Larry Fitzgerald, is as solid a guy as has ever played the game. JJ Watts, who’s at the twilight of his career, is a Card now too. Both are role models and philanthropists.

The 49’rs should have never put up with Kapernicks bullshit.

I went to countless 49er games at Candlestick park as my brother was a season ticket holder from 1984 to 2003 I saw so many great games and last minute saves, good times.

I have not been to a game in LA ever. First the Raiders nation nightmare, now the ticket prices... and being a niner fan at heart, even tho Kapernick f'd that up I'll stick to my giant TV, and with the RD box all the games are available and free so I'm not forced to watch the "local" game of the day.

I do miss the garlic fries at Candlestick tho. Politics aside, it's still my sport of choice.

My best friend is John Taylor's nephew, would have been fun to be around to watch games during that time.
