View attachment 766388 How well do they stick?? Do you think it will hang in there or any better ideas? I haven’t stuck the sticky mount down yet.
You of anyone should know. Ok, it's getting stuck then. thank youA go pro will definitely stuck on that. I have used the suction cup mounts on similar occasions and if you put them on there right they will stay!
That hat shouldn’t get hot. If anything should be the opposite. Our alky motor it freezing cold after running. But I’m pretty sure this motor is on gas.I have used those sticky mounts with success up to 100mph.
what scares me with where you have it is the blower hat will get HOT.....and I am wondering if that will weaken the adhesive.
Just stick it to the deck. No big deal!!You’re good, as long as the hat was clean when you stuck that on there. I wish the Hilborn 4 hole hats had a smooth pad on top.

You know I was joking. I wouldn’t put a dry towel on your deck.I wouldn’t put a sticky or a plunger on a “painted” deck.
Flatflyin Ryan’s came off his deck. I think he was using a plunger.
How can I bring hostility into this thread?
Goo goneI want to know how to get one off with out screwing up my gelcoat. I have had one on my engine hatch for years and we keep sliding into it. Sucker is on there good.

Suction cup won’t hurt the deck and will stay so long as the surface is smooth.
This ^^ X2The legit ones stick really well.
I still tether my cam to whatever surface it's mounted on.
