The car depicted as the "cover shot" of your linked video is one of several John Zink Specials built by Indy legends Frank Kurtis and A. J. Watson. The Zink car built by Kurtis won in 1955. Kurtis roadsters won the race in 1951, 1953, 1954, and 1955. Zink, a Tulsa oilman, won the race again in 1956, but in a car built by Watson. Watson's roadsters won at Indy in 1956, 1959, 1960, 1962 and 1964. In 1959 and 1962, his cars finished 1-2.

This is a photo of the 1956 Zink Specials taken at Watson's shop at 1903 South Brand St in Glendale just before being towed to Indianapolis on those open dolly trailers.

My Grandfather did the interiors for Watson and Kurtis.
That's really cool. I was aquainted with Watson in his later years, and went to his shop a couple of times.
