Well kept 3/2 house on Kiowa Blvd S, up the hill from high school. Master has King size bed, 50" flat screen, walk in shower for 2, bathtub and large walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has Queen size bed, 42" flat screen, walk in closet. 3rd bedroom has a Twin and Full bed, plus a 32" flat screen. 3 car garage with 8' doors, 1 bay is 40'. Gated RV parking. Living room has 50" flat screen. Pool, spa and a lighted horsehoe pit!

BBQ, Direct TV, Wifi, Pool, spa, this home has it all! SCROLL DOWN IN THREAD FOR ADDITONAL PICS, couldn't get them on the same post.

$250+ a night, plus tax and cleaning fee.

$175 a night, plus cleaning fee of $125.

I just rented this house last week and it's absolutely beautiful, and a very relaxing setting for any trip! I highly recommend this home to rent, and this is coming from someone who had a rental for a # of years in Havasu.

I just googled horshoe pit sizes and went from there.Oonly removed about 4 inches of dirt to backfill with sand. Lighting was easy. I used low voltage landscape floods and tied the transformer into the pool/Spa remote system . If i did it again i would probably use the white sand the city is using around the beaches/channel for the pits.

We stayed here this past weekend and the house is awesome. Everything is top notch, my wife had a hard time getting out of the bed in the morning because it was so comfortable. Coming off the lake was just like coming to your own home. Everything you could possibly need is provided for you. The walk in shower is very nice(two shower heads), everything was easy to use and access. We will be staying here again the end of July if it is available. I would highly recommend this house, Kim was very nice and made everything so easy.:thumbsup
