I am gonna be taking my daughter and some friends there for her birthday and was looking at the website and this place is expensive. Anybody know where the deals are for that place?

Sign up for their email list and they notify you of all their discount pricing. The place is expensive, but my kids absolutely loved it.

AAA 10% break.
Damn it's expensive but my kids loved it.
Check Groupon, they may offer something better.

The food is pricey for what you get.
Food OK, but over priced is what I mean. The kids liked it.
They are just far enough away from other restaurants that you debate stay and eat here or go elsewhere.

At least it was that way last we went. The surrounding GG area went through some urban renewal so it may have changed since we visited.

It's clean, comfortable, warm and rarely crowded and to me worth the extra $$ for that.
Slow check in.

I did some of the woodwork at the great wolf in Garden Grove. All the rough cut logs in the hall ways and log trim around the mirrors on floors 2 - 6 :) It looks like a place you would only stay for 1 night...

Met some friends there - they have kids.

What I remember:
- no lines for the bathrooms, barely saw anyone in the bathroom actually
- evacuation alarm for when a kid drops a deuce...they close the pool for a few minutes

Great concept, though, if you've got kids
