We've got substantial price increases coming our way. This fuel thing affects every nook and cranny of our operation, and I honestly don't know where pricing will end up in the future.
For now, we have several hundred pounds of fresh ground beef available for Havasu delivery Tuesday May 31st or Saturday June 11th and Saturday June 25th.
What makes our ground different and better? A couple things. Most ground beef is trimmings or less desirable cuts. We grind the entire steer, leaving in all the best cuts. Tenderloin, sirloin, chuck, brisket, tri-tip- it's all left in the mix. But first, we dry age the carcass the same way we do our beef 1/4's for those tender steaks. This leaves us with a flavor, texture and fat content not found in grocery stores, at any price.
As always, no antibiotics or growth hormones- just happy, healthy steers with the minimal amount of people coming in contact with your food.
It comes in 2lb butcher wrapped packages, good in the freezer for at least 1 year (don't worry, you'll eat it way faster than that). This batch is priced at $21.00 per package and our delivery fee is still just $5.00 per stop regardless of how much you order (I'm sure we'll need to adjust that soon as well).
