We've got substantial price increases coming our way. This fuel thing affects every nook and cranny of our operation, and I honestly don't know where pricing will end up in the future.

For now, we have several hundred pounds of fresh ground beef available for Havasu delivery Tuesday May 31st or Saturday June 11th and Saturday June 25th.

What makes our ground different and better? A couple things. Most ground beef is trimmings or less desirable cuts. We grind the entire steer, leaving in all the best cuts. Tenderloin, sirloin, chuck, brisket, tri-tip- it's all left in the mix. But first, we dry age the carcass the same way we do our beef 1/4's for those tender steaks. This leaves us with a flavor, texture and fat content not found in grocery stores, at any price.
As always, no antibiotics or growth hormones- just happy, healthy steers with the minimal amount of people coming in contact with your food.

It comes in 2lb butcher wrapped packages, good in the freezer for at least 1 year (don't worry, you'll eat it way faster than that). This batch is priced at $21.00 per package and our delivery fee is still just $5.00 per stop regardless of how much you order (I'm sure we'll need to adjust that soon as well).

The fact that you a grinding the entire animal is almost unheard of. That should be some excellent quality ground beef, Sir!

We made burgers last night for the first time with the ground beef we recently got from a 1/4 from @wash11. Minced up some onion, added worchester, a little ketchup, and seasoning (salt and montreal steak seasoning that was ran thru a spice grinder) and made 1/4 lb patties.

My wife took her first bite and said the meat was so tender she thought I didn't cook it fully yet when she saw it was cooked perfectly she was grinning. Best burgers we have made period. Don't miss out if you are on the fence, you won't regret it.

After making burgers for Friends and Family, I realized what quality ground beef was after the first bite . Best I’ve ever had and hopefully get some more soon cause the Family and friends ask about us making more haha.

We butcher ground beef monthly these days so text Amy anytime you are ready at 928-208-0611. Our 1/4's are 25% ground beef and first go around it might seem like a lot- until you figure out how fast you go through it! Really happy that you guys enjoyed it.

As we get ready for the Spring season, I'm finding less and less time to check in online. Emails are typically replied to at 3:30-4am as it's the only time I can squeak them in. I wish I could do better but there's only so many hours in the day and I'm ready to fall into bed by 8:30pm every night. For ground beef orders, texting Amy at 928-208-0611 is best for us for fast replies AND ease of tracking on our part. Bulk beef orders, I'm your guy 928-486-4043, texting is best for orders. Not because I don't want to talk to you- it's how I track conversations. If you've got questions, I'll talk your ear off by phone.

Ground beef is year round for us. I don't advertise it often as repeat customers buy it up- it's kind of on auto pilot this many years in. I was able to get an extra butcher spot last month which gave me a cushion to be able to post about it here. So, reach out to Amy anytime you need a refill and she'll put you on her list and handle the delivery details.

Switched up the taco program tonight. Instead of crockpot chicken, we went ground beef. So good.

Not that it needs all of that but all the hours my wife spends watching cooking shows has to pay off somehow. Lol
The taco shells are fried in vegetable oil and lightly salted.

Except for the mention in the OP, I haven't seen the exact fat content mentioned. I'm curious as to yours, as an example, comes in at 10%, how does it "feel" and cook compared to store bought at 10.

85/15 to 90/10, every steer is different. We dry age this the same way we dry age our 1/4 beef orders. Tenderness and beefy flavor comes from this process. The fact that all the premium cuts are mixed into the ground-there’s honestly no way to compare to grocery store ground. It would be like comparing apples to Honda Civics. I can attest to the quality, taste and amazing flavor of this beef (we already had 2 packs of ground beef in less than 4 days)...you will NOT BE Disappointed that is for sure. We got a 1/2 cow and we can't wait to cook some of the other cuts. I told the wife I need to slow down because I could honestly eat the ground beef every single day with different spices and mixes and I don't want to run out so quickly....👍

Wish you delivered to San Diego. We typically buy a half steer from the High School kids who raise them for the fair but covid kind of stopped that recently. Typically we don't even want the other cuts, just the ground beef.
