He's always been pretty cool and helpful when I've gone in there for misc. stuff. Even tolerated my stupid questions about how fast my jet boat could go. 😂

I had a lot of work done at GS on the boat in my avatar. Always seemed like a straight shooter to me. What was the substance of the complaint?

Greg always did well with my service on my boats. Wish he was in Havasu. Lol his wife called me one time asking me if I didn’t receive good service and wondered why they haven’t serviced my boat yet. I said no problems lol but the boat now resides in Havasu full time. All good.

Greg has always done great work on my boat and has helped me out when ever I needed over the phone to troubleshoot a problem.

I don't remember who the plaintiff was or where to watch it.

Must keep his finger in the acting thing. Years ago he was the color commentator with drag boat racing. Saw him on Junk Yard Wars back in the late 90s or whenever that was on, maybe early 2000s. In that episode the contestants had to built a boat and I remember someone took a 55 gallon drum and sruck a jet ski engine in it and at the end of the show Greg was laughing/yelling "he's on plane, he's on plane?" That was pretty fun and it seems I've seen him on other things too... they'll come to me.

Man, that's a blast from the past.

I just looked @ the website.
Its been like 10 plus years now.
And my boat is still the first pic up there.

I think I deserve a sticker!

after some extensive research, it’s episode 166 season 25…… good luck finding a stream for it though….. she runs a tight program!

Probably 25 years ago, his son was a young teenager and had his bike stolen from their neighborhood. I did not know Greg, but I felt so bad for his son as he was devastated his bike was stolen. I worked all day long talking to neighborhood kids and by the end of the day I was able to find the bike and arrest the kid who stole it. Greg was so thankful and appreciative and I didn't put 2 and 2 together that it was GS Marine even though he had a GS Marine shirt on when I talked to him 😂 I later stopped by his shop and he offered his services if I ever needed anything. Great guy!

first thing i thought about when i opening this thread was that Greg did me a solid a time or two way back when. Now i see see that he pretty much has being a stand up guy for an M.O. He's helped other friends of mine too.

Grads was the plaintiff, He was pissed his Jet Bote only went 98 when every one else is doing 100+ with less power... Claimed it was set up wrong from GS. 🤷‍♂️ 😁

I thought for sure it was Frank Holbert. He went public on RDP again......and lost AGAIN!!!!

Well prior to the net, and for years prior to being in the marine business , I waited each month for My Hot Boat and enjoyed reading Gregs Tech help pages , over the past years Greg and I have become friends and one of the high points was when He aske me a Tech question , We exchange a small parts and recently I intimated my feelings and respect for him , I told him how much I looked up to him and valued his friendship and mentoring

The repair was as good as it gets. The boat owner was looking to get something for nothing saying I didn't authorize the work to be done...

Yeah I saw it too ... Defendant said “ Hey ... he was supposed to fix a crashed in rear starboard corner and re-gel coat the whole boat and get rid of “all” the stress fractures and cracks ... all he did was buff it out “ ... The Plantiff was all buttoned up and was very cool ... Judge Judy kinda figured it all pretty quickly ... obviously ... you know how the show goes ... lots of editing and cutting out ... so the viewer (us) lost a lot of the back and forth talk ... cuz ... it appeared these two never were on the same page ... but the Plantiff showed a picture of the boat ... it really was beautiful ... but stress cracks still there.
