Gary builds some badass Halletts, but Without a doubt this is one of the baddest to hit the water! Every time this boat is at GT I can’t help but walk by. Love the way they did the windshield. I do know it’s big brother a 400t is getting rigged as we speak and will have the same style windshield.

Has to be the baddest Hallet I've ever seen. I thought those were Carson Brummets. Didn't know GT did his own turbo motors. He is a real good guy to work with.

Gary is a great dude. Always a good time seeing him at the lake.

Dave, you've got the baddest 335 around. Mine is second. You run it on Mohave normally? That's my preferred lake so I may see you there some time. Looked good this last weekend.

What props are you running? What's your top end? Those are SCX uppers and what lowers?

Hey Dave thanks again for offering help while we were stuck at the dam messing around with the engine on the 22 dcb. Was Really nice of you!

Once we finally got it running back to Willow, lost a lower unit 5 minutes after we passed you lol.

Your 335 is gorgeous

Mead, we do go to Mojave a lot now that the Hoover Dam Bridge is done. Willow is only 25 min drive. 1100 hp, SCX w/sc lowers (haven’t blown a drive up yet. I do go through a lot of gears).

Maximus 34 Labbed up to 35’s by Merc Racing w/1.34 gear, I run out of prop, BBlades is going to be doing some for me soon. I was getting new numbers this weekend as Gary just upgraded to new computers and changed the cams.

BTW I think your on the other side of the highway, So I’m sure we will see you out there.

What’s your best cruising speed at what RPM with those 35s?

3500/62mph
Wow. I need to see if these stage 4s can pull the 32s to redline first, and then if they can, move up to the 34s most likely. My cruise at 3500 RPM with these props is about 50MPH. I'd love another 10-12MPH at that RPM.

Edit: I've got 1.5 gears not 1.35/1.34s so I can't expect the same speeds.

Something is definitely up if you’re only at 50 with Maximus props. Should be in the mid 60s I would think. This 32 Lavey was at 65 with Bravo 1s, the Maximus are usually quite a bit faster in the midrange.

The only part that makes sense is the amount of power loss compared to the XR's. 50 is where we cruised it was 3000 rpm. It pulled them to 5100. New limit is 5800 right?

New limit is 6-6200 don't know which one. I was told to prop for 5,800 though.

Are these 15 or 15.25" props Chris?

I'm thinking about trying these two props if anybody has some I can borrow for a day.
