Looking for preferably a 240, either open bow or closed deck is fine.

will consider a 210 but open bow only

no small blocks please, oh and at a regular price too! Not Covid inflation

Lol... Good Luck!
These seem to have become extremely popular now and in high demand
The 21' boats seem to be making a comeback

Yea I’m ok with a little inflation right?! But when people are asking new boat prices for something 20+ years old, you hafta wonder...

So you think a 240 or 210 is 30-40k new? I sold my now 30 year old 240 last September for 29k. It just resold for mid 30s

I’ve been seeing people posting 240’s for 50k+. One on CL asking 65k right now

210’s for 40k+. There are three in CL right now for 40+

I'm in the same boat. Pun intended. Crazy prices. Luckily I'm searching for a wider variety of makes.

Question though; will Hallett still make a 240? It is not listed on their website and I haven't seen a used one for sale that is newer than '03, if I remember correctly.

Yes its the 255 now that has the integrated swim step. The original top deck is gone. Good luck in your search....

On FB marketplace Searchlight NV, there is a 2003 255 closed bow 496mag HO for $54. Sorry I was not able to link

I’ll start the bidding at 10k haha!
ha ha ha. What type of pricing that you were seeing? I'll probably be @ $40k

Will see what happens, it's hard to list it as they are great boats. At the same time, I'm trying to make arrangements to view my potential next one but the Long beach brokering company doesn't answer calls/emails messages. Grrrr

Maybe I'll list my 240? With the demand might be a good time to down size. 🤔
1990 454 30 over with 20 hours on rebuild.
