Toilets, faucets, angle stops, paint, carpet, appliance install and other misc stuff. I just need it cleaned up to move someone in.

My buddy is a flooring guy there in town, Troy, who also owns the OWT. I can give you his number and he probably has someone that can do the rest, another friend Chuck does Painting, but he's been super buys, so you'd have to hit him up to see what he can do.
