The wife and I might be bombing out to Havasu tomorrow afternoon but VRBO won’t be ready yet. Any suggestions on hotels/motels that are clean and decent value? Also, restaurants to eat at out there.

If it’s just to lay your head down for the night the new holiday inn would be my vote.

Plenty of food and drinks within walking distance too.

Hampton or Holiday Inn are both solid. Chabones is easy walking distance from both but on the expensive side. Blue chair is in the same lot as Holiday Inn. Better for drinks than food. Javalinas, barley bros and shagrues are across the bridge and solid places to grab a bite.

We live here so our vote for eats is Burgers under the Bridge. Have no idea what hotel/motel.

I like Island suites. Nice big rooms with a couch and kitchenette. If you call them the rate is cheaper than it would be online. I paid under $100/night two weeks ago.

Holiday Inn......but you don’t necessarily need a room if you do it right.

Stayed at the quality inn on LHC ave a few times while our remodel was going...would do it again. Nothing special but its a safe place to lay your head.

I would drive a bit farther and hit up Laughlin, spend the night, gamble/drink/eat/walk the boardwalk and the next morning, be in Havi when the house is ready

Which of these places has decent boat parking?
Hampton and Holiday Inn are both decent for parking. Obviously the earlier the better to get parking. Hampton has the option to park in the street which is a little better.
