The body that was discovered in Rotary Park is believed to be the missing person from the other thread. (I feel horrible for the lady)

I'm hooking up my trailer and getting a shovel to go get back my gravel before the city takes it away.

Arizona has the Stupid Motorist Law. If you try and cross a flooded roadway, they can charge you with the bill for the rescue. Too many idiots on the outskirts of Phoenix attempt crossing washes every time we get a monsoon. It's an Arizona law, so it's going to apply to Havasu also.

The boys and I took the Rhino out. First time in the mud for them. I am from back east and we would do this all the time. They l over it until we go back to the garage and it was cleanup time.
