I believe the patio mini split is for the casita. The ones on the side of the house are for the garage.

It’s for the master bedroom, so you can make just that room a ice box on solo trips.

Ive seen new builds with several mini splits feeding multiple blower units for each room. It seems like a decent idea for the right home.

They are so efficient Id spec it out if I was building

There are plenty of other styles of fan coils to use that are more appealing and provide better distribution. Residential BRF is EXTREMELY efficient, but expensive and complex to work on.

This is such a great neighborhood and the additional storage unit in the community is a HUGE bonus. Seriously, this might be one of the best neighborhoods in Havasu. Too bad this one doesn't have the lake view like the other members house

Not unless all contingencies are removed. Even then, it is tough for a seller to keep a deposit. Have only seen it happen twice.

That’s actually a great money saving idea. Would love to just cool my bedroom when sleeping and set the thermostat on the rest of the house @ 90F. Half the time we’re there it’s just me and the .Mrs anyways
