Snow birds will be out soon, so my place will be available for boating season. Its a 2bdrm 1ba condo in Los Lagos Montana Vista, super close to everything. Cross streets are Lake Havasu Ave and Montana Vista. Rent is 100.00 a night 150 on Holiday weekends with a three night min. And yes there is boat parking. There is also a cleaning fee of 100.00.
