Tons of parking including a huge concrete RV pad with hook-ups. Located off of Pala Verde South. Minutes to bars/ restaurants and launch ramp. Home has WiFi and Direct TV. We just got back from staying in this house for the Shockwave regatta. It was very clean and worked out great for us. The concrete pad on the side of the house was very nice. I ould ft my 34' boat attached to my truck with probably another 20' still open. Great communication from the owners and no surprises. We will definitely look to stay here again.

We are currently staying in this house, been here since Tuesday leaving Monday. We stayed at The Nautical for the first 6 days of our Havasu vacation and while it was a great hotel to be at during the regatta, this place just seems like home!! Jeremy (the owner) has done a great job with the reno, the a/c works xlent, super fast wifi, very quiet street minutes from Windsor, groceries, and bars/ restaurants. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We'll definitely be back if they'll have us.

No. You can do 2 nights. Those dates are taken by me. I am using the house that week.

We just stayed in this house again over Father's Day weekend - Everything was great and the house works really well for us. My boat and truck easily fit on the side yard parking.

To all potential renters, LOOK NO FURTHER! This house delivers. Beautiful place and convenient location. Plenty of parking for the truck and boat. The inside of the house is dressed up beautifully. Well worth the money. Jeremy is great to deal with. Super accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!
