Lmao.. Good one... I also just spent 20k last April on a rebuild, 15k on a new motor, and 15k on rigging and a drive... Tax return was spent in December hahaha...

Here's the deal, the guy we had a rental from for the past couple of month canceled on us yesterday at 530pm due to a supposed internal water leak in the house. I won't go into details but it seemed like a shady deal from the get go since we side stepped VBRO, then offered another house from his prop manager which was almost double a night what we were paying... Needless to say, I started hitting VBRO again, and just thought I would check RDP in case any last minutes came up since it takes RDP and at least we have a minion of RDP trust among our members to take care of each other... :thumbsup:

All of the guests except significant others are RDP members too... Blubyu and MissB along with our better half's are the ones staying...

My mom just informed me about the situation.

Figured I post some pics to show the views. The front yard has a large viewing area of the lake, we typically BBQ out front while enjoying the lake views.
