We have decided to sell our Havasu home. The house is in the South side of Havasu, off of Oro Grande. It was built in 2005, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with a walk in shower in the Master), and a 3 car garage, with a 34' deep boat bay. It has an open floorplan, which makes the house seem much larger than the 1466 square feet size. Turnkey option available.

why so cheep ... what am I missing.... did affordable build it..it sold for 240 in 2013.... we had close to the same plan and it went for 245 cash 2 yrs ago...

I think it is a great deal on a great house. To be honest, the one drawback is the depth of the back yard. For us, it wasn't a big deal because the side yard is pretty large and we spend our time out on the water. For someone who is a weekender and wants a boat deep garage I think the place is ideal. I would keep it myself if I wasn't building a place up in Tahoe, but I just can't afford to have two vacation homes.

I had the same deal on our tema house... I put a stack block retainer in and added 20'
im in escrow right now.... wish I had the money to jump on this

Yes, I bought the house from Kurt. He did a great job when he had it built and we have been really happy with the place. I wish I could keep the place, but the construction costs in the Truckee/Tahoe area are outrageous and I can't afford to have both.

V your 195k budget needs to go to 215k to get this house in Havasu.
215 and owner pays closing costs might get you the house.

This is a nice house. Almost exact floor plan as mine but reversed. Our family room is slightly bigger and we have a 4 car wide garage is the only difference. We put 6 adults and a few kids in it with plenty of room.

The house is still available. I am currently having a stucco wall & wrought iron fencing put in along with gated RV parking. The fencing should be done this week and the gate up within the next two weeks.
