$40/ night with full hook ups! Let us know how it is. Funny, I went on their site after reading this post and noticed this...

They jacked a photo from Pirate's Cove for the "campground" page. LOL!

So many memories from that campground, we started going there about 40 years ago, I'm sure some things have changed but I learned alot there as a kid. My Dad use to take a picture of the city every Spring Break we were there and it was crazy watching the city grow each year.

I kept a 5th wheel there for a few years, it’s been years since I’ve been there but I’m sure not much has changed. The walk to the sail in isn’t too far on the way there, but walking back can be a bit of a challenge. Sail Inn, Stumble out 😂

The old casino was hit and miss, if you’re sitting first base with the right crowd who follows your lead, you can get paid.

We have a place in the Resort. Love the Landing! Easy access to the new Casino from the campground. You can get a slip in the new marina as well. Take the Ferry over to the other side if you don’t want to run your boat at night. You’ll have a good time for sure. My only negative about the campground is dust. Pretty fine dirt over there.

Anyone know if they allow 'truck camping' ??? . . . (sleeping in the back of a truck) ?
Or is it for motorhomes /RV's only?

I really want to get with him and try and put it together, I’m going to ask him since he’s always looking for something to do when my sons not there.

Pros are it is one of the most affordable places to camp with full hookups and has shade, casino within walking distance and not crazy busy. Cons are you are completely isolated from town which could also be viewed as a pro. It is also all dirt so as said can have some dust but I think its a much better deal than Pirates

Oddly, the Landing has some of the loosest Blackjack rules anywhere. $100 limit being the exception.

The isolation definitely cuts both ways, but we prefer it for a variety of reasons. The Ferry can make a huge difference.
