Havasu Mobile on Deeded Lot

We have decided to sell our Havasu vacation home and make some other changes. We have owned it for about 10 years and it has been great for our family. It is two bedrooms and an "office" with two bathrooms. There are two drive approaches with parking on both sides. The carport has a "garage" in the .back where I keep my boat. The lot is 68.34'?100' and the house is approximately 1253 square feet. There is a million dollar view of the lake from the patio. The member clubhouse and pool are across the street and our association fees are $180 per year. We have priced it to sell at $94,000. Furniture is negotiable. We tend to use Havasu Marina just out of habit although Windsor is a little closer.
This will sound odd but the garage depth is variable. If you need a deeper garage you just move the doors out to the next post. It sounds strange but it works awesome. I have a 24' in there now but my friend had his 28' Top Cat in there a few years ago.
