Pretty sure Vin has not been surfing and no I dont have pics, saw a bunch on instagram this morning of the World Finals track being hammered, biggest waves I have ever seen on the lake. Possibly somebody will post pics.

I bet. I'm seeing small white caps developing in the channel near the bridge.

Looks more like Oceanside back in the good ole days, that should be fun catching big air.

Funny thing is when I read the title and saw the waves I thought which surf competition . Didn't look at the landscape to realize it was Havasu.

One of my coworkers got to Mead last night for the US Open of Bass Fishing and can't get on the water because of the wind up there too.

the absolute best racing conditions for PWCs. Im serious. 75% of racing them is the holeshot, that water evens the field. I raced on that exact beach, same conditions on a stand up. Loved it. About 25 years ago!

67F air temps and 30mph winds should make for fun conditions, lol.

Perfect, we’ll be in town this afternoon. Best place to pick up a kite?

They cancelled all racing today, course markers are on the beach.

Supposed to calm down Friday night. If not I guess it will be a Jeep weekend.

2am wake up to get a drink of water, calm and quiet.
2:20am it sounded like a freight train passing by my master bedroom.
2:22am in backyard securing a couple items I didn't think needed securing before bedtime.
Neighbors trash cans that have been emptied already now wandering the roads:p

Maybe there is a Natique Paragon wakesurf competition going on in the middle of the lake.

I have pictures at home of Crazy Horse during a big storm waves even bigger then this and 8 18-19 jets sunk on the beach during that storm. Circa 1977
