In Upland, probably locked away in a garage, there is a truck with the plate "scyborg"...

A friend from the good 'ol days, Rob, started building it in the late 80's. Shaved hinges and latches, pass through and a shell...Ford Courier. It evolved, to say the least. Built pinto motor, then 302...then a 347. The rear axle was a triangulated 6 link...the extra two were to locate the coilover header, which was in turn actuated by 10" Red's rams. 15x15 Budnicks tucked in wheel tubs. I haven't seen the truck in a decade or more, but heard the last incarnation involved paint, and a blown 408 Windsor.

Once again, not everyone's cup of tea, but that truck was really cool!
