She probably saw it in the cup and did not drink it.
But for the sake of the story and an extra few million--you bet she is gonna say she drank it.

My ex many years ago did exactly that. We stopped at mcds , and we went to costco. I had a sinus infection at the time. Like nasty green slime holy shit that came out of me stuff. Just before we head inside I spit a big ass mouthful into my cup. I was done. My ex gets out of truck, opens door back up and takes a drink before we head in. Hers was empty I guess, mine wasn’t. She sucked that shit right up the straw into her mouth. The full load. Lmao!! I cried I was laughing so hard
