def termites. I was showing a house in Queen Creek Az and opened the front door and the back wall looked like someone had painted a dead tree landscape on it. Just break one of the tubes and watch the little buggers run out!

I come across these everyday on our rehabs, never knew these little buggers were in the desert until I got here. We only get the subterranean ones out here but they are everywhere.

Eating the wood out of the toilet seat lid. Thats creative.

What you need is a nice size ant colony. Best cure for termites. People always want to kill ants from around their home, don't do this. Also if you see an ant trail up siding or wood trim leave them alone and call a termite guy.

Lastly Orange oil, skip that shit.

Subterranean termite mud tubes. Did they come up out of the sewer/septic system?

I'd call in a pro. They will likely drill though the slab and treat the subsoil.

Exactly. Tent it and gas it.

Looks like the aftermath of eating breakfast at roadrunners.

You dont tent for these They drill the slab and fill with poison as a barrier to the slab. They have to return to the nest under ground or die. With the barrier they stay under the slab.

You can also bait so they take the poison back to the nests

Two month gap on river trips. Went up last weekend to find a small section of a very dark stain on our kitchen bamboo floor. Thought it was water damage but after poking my finger right through the wood......TERMITES. Yes those mud fuckers. Pulled up the stained board to find a tube running to the next piece. When said and done, the entire 14' width of my kitchen floor. Thank god it was the end pieces where the floor meets the carpet. Very small maggot looking things. Treated inside and then dug a 1x1 foot trench along skirts and poured a 5 of pesticide cocktail. Heading up tonight to replace damaged floor.

We did that at my Parker house.. Drilled through all the way around the house and they inject something..
