So according to cheetah (greg),.. these boats come with a bravo 24p...

it's been my experience that the rev 4 25p is more in compare to a 26p bravo, like in, if you are running a 24p bravo, you would first try a 23p rev 4

I also have a 23p rev,.. maybe with the smaller pitch it would not have so much stern lift???? it's my thought that the 25p is too much prop and bite for this boat.... we'll see.. I got 10 props I can try,... most likely none will be right>>>LOL


with an air entrapment hull, you should not need transom lift...??? transom lift causes bow steer if too much.... that could get scary...

That is the Rev 4 xp.

The regular Rev 4 in my experience is bow lifting and much less stern lifting that a Bravo 1

what part??? rev 4 props are stern lift props, used on multi engine= out boards..

They are an overall lifting prop. They work great on old school straight bottom boats as well.

Maybe just try a box stock 24 Bravo 1?

Yeah ran a Rev4 on my 210 also. Great all around on certain boats compared to B1.

rev 4... one says stern, one says bow....I say they work,... but not on every boat...mach stern drivers props,... out of business... but worked on bajas the best of all props.. I have a mach, round ear 26p, and a hill 23p 5 blade... those will be the two that are way out there with no comparison,... so i'm gonna try them first....Cheetah fast cats are just that,... fast and don't do any weird shit unless you mess with them.. probley end up with a bravo 24p... but I wanna see what happens,... I now know that the rev 25 is too much prop. and too much stern lift,... so It goes on the shelf...

my motor guy let me use a 24p bravo. I liked it made the boat more stable. Boat had 21p 3blade I like how sporty/ squirrelly it felt. The 3 blade gave me more top end speed then the 4 blade. This weekend I think I’m going to try them back to back.

your post doesn't make mathematical sense???? with a three blade, you step down a pitch, that's the norm... steping up to a 24p you would loose about 700 rpms,... but if it was over reving... could make sense... tell us more... speed,. and rpms both props.. prop selection is mathematical...as if if it's over reving... go up...

Ive had the same experience. The Rev hold the bow higher. Bravo has more stern lift and makes the bow slap harder

thats because the shockwave is a heavy boat and the 24 had too much slip... but that is the mathematical correct way to do it..one pitch down, way more bite nets faster speed all round... but that doesn't mean that it's magic.. poof, now I go faster... it's still mathematical... the same nordic 25 runs faster with less power..

the way this is possible is slip,.. lets say you ran 63 with the 24... @ 20 % slip... and 66 with the 23, that would only 13% slip.... so getting more bite nets more speed at the same rpm.. and as you said... all the way thru the throttle

York props did work magic. I did forget that GPS speed was via a labbed 3 blade mirage plus 25p prop.

Lost 0 MPH on the top end. Runs the same top speed at 200 RPM less than my B1 24. That's why I said it runs like a B1 25, would or should.

A Rev4 is a larger diameter than a B1.

Have you ridden in a Tremor? It has a 24 degree v all the way to the transom. I've spent time in both the Rage and Tremor. The rage is a much smaller boat with less Deadrise. The Tremor crushes the Rage in the rough.

The Tremor in Mohave in 3 to 4 foot windswept waves in the Tremor through the basin. 55 to 60mph skimming the wave tops on the transom. BiG fun..
