Is that the same type as the last one? Forgive my ignorance...things that fly are far beyond my wheelhouse:p

BTW, my kids have decided you have one of the best jobs on earth...you get paid to fly over ranch land:D

Very nice. Generally speaking, how many hours do you fly every month? I imagine it fluctuates a bunch, depending on the season, weather, etc.

It varies. I think this year it will be close to a 1000 hours.

Question: How do you load it on the trailer? Do you land it right on the trailer?

Yes sir

cool. couple of questions. How long will 800 hours last you and how much does a over haul cost? Just curious as this is way out of my league.

That’s a crazy amount of hours in a helo. I have ~1500 total time in 6 years!

Honestly it’s to much. I am burned out. Something about being self employed. Can’t say “NO”

Hopefully yours is more comfortable than ours. Anything over 2 hours in any of our aircraft and my lower back and my ass hurts.

The Robinson seats aren't great. Some of the guys I used to fly with always used a lower back cushion.

Just wondering the same thing. Looks like landing on the trailer would take some real talent but I don't see another way.

How much truth is there about those that blades slicing through tail booms during a low G pushover? Seems like the R-22 and R-44 are super popular but also one of the most dangerous.

Not much. You have to get way out whack for it happen. The R22 demands respect.
