There was a recent fluster of activity, like 9 homes came up at once and sold within days. Funny thing is, 1/2 of the sellers bought elsewhere in the same neighborhood lol. A few moved to golf course side, and a few moved to riverfront. 50% of them never even hit the market. Pocket listings are king up there....

Most homes (non-waterfront) are selling between 230-270 right now. 1350 - 1700 sqft, most are 3 bed 2 bath with a 30-40' X 10-15' garage
