Looks to be only a lot on the market now though homes do come up often.

There was a recent fluster of activity, like 9 homes came up at once and sold within days. Funny thing is, 1/2 of the sellers bought elsewhere in the same neighborhood lol. A few moved to golf course side, and a few moved to riverfront. 50% of them never even hit the market. Pocket listings are king up there....

Yea you basically have no land other than your home footprint and maybe 10' out front / out back,, not a place to hoard "treasures" thats for sure. We actually like it, not much to stay on top of for property maintenance, and the neighborhood feels like a little resort. IYou must be talking about the waterfront 3/2 manufactured home that is in escrow, they were asking 750 but not sure what they ended up taking. It's priced up there but it is built out real nice, has a new dock and location location location......

Yes you own the land. The development is Rio Buena Vista. You have the golf course on one side and the beach on the other. 2 minute drive to Jack Smith to launch. I have many friends who have places in there. When time comes I’ll be looking there. The agent (Cindy) that sold that one is a good friend of mine. We go back 20+ years.

This is the house, looks like same one from post #46. I dont think it has closed yet, but its in process

I have a couple friends on the other side of the river. Different prices over there.. :oops:

Dam ! The only thing that keeps us in parker right now is it's half way to our daughter and grandson in Scott's dale . The deal there is to good . We might need a 3 home ! Lol

I was told it actually sold for 550k. But not confirmed. I'm sure the 2 storys would sell for more than 750k.

The one without a dock was $550k....again, not sure what it actually pulled but that was asking
