Selling my 2017 Iconic Toy Hauler trailer on a view site at Hidden Shores in Yuma, Arizona. The trailer is an Iconic 2714 2017 model. Two 15k btu dometic ac units, happy jack rear queen bed, Front queen bed, solar panel charging, Two 7.5 gallon propane bottles. 14' motorized awning.
Site has a 10 x 26' Concrete pad we poured last summer. Propane Fire Pit, Weber 2 burner propane grill, durable plastic storage box 3' x 3' x 6' with lockable lid.
Currently there is a 37 person waiting list to get a site at Hidden Shores, why wait you can bypass the line and get a great toyhauler that you can take the dunes in the winter as it will fit an XP 4 rzr.
The site also has a 20' x 40' mesh awning 11' tall that covers a large portion of the site. The site is one of the largest available in the park. It is 43' wide by 65' deep. Long enough to leave you truck and boat trailer hooked up with room to spare.
Also includes a 1992 750 SX Jet Ski. Will sell the Jet Ski separately for $2,500 with homebuilt aluminum trailer.
It's a view site that overlooks the lagoon and docks at Hidden Shores Village.
Site lease is $631 a month. You must be approved by Hidden Shores to maintain the site lease.
